Our Growing Your Life Framework

All our work is underpinned by our Growing Your Life Framework, which includes 5 interconnected areas. It is through growing these 5 areas that we believe we can all take more control over our lives and ourselves, in ways we value. Through our work you'll be better able to:
1. BE MORE ACCEPTING
This is about accepting yourself, life’s issues, and other people. It's about seeing things and people as they are, without judgment, and using that as a point of balance and a stable starting point.
2. MANAGE THOUGHTS BETTER
The focus here is on selecting thoughts that you value and want to be thinking about. It's about awareness, choice, and practice.
3. DO MORE THINGS YOU VALUE
Here it is about doing more things you value in themselves and directing your life forward to do these more over time.
4. BE BETTER IN RELATIONSHIPS
This is as it says, simply about being better in relationships.
5. TAKE THE LONG-VIEW
This focuses on the importance of having a healthy attitude towards life-long personal growth and development.
