The Aim of the Workshop
By the end of the workshop, you will have a better understanding of these 3 components and how managing them allows you to take more control over your life, in the context of you being better able to grow your life in ways you care about.

It is less about what is outside and more about what is inside (self-awareness), and taking control of these (self-management). We start by looking at:
