By the end of the module, you will have practiced and better understood the importance of being actively aware, and practiced noticing your thoughts and emotions, while practicing and choosing your response to them, in the context of learning to take more control over your life and do more things you value. 

1.1 Active (Mindful) Awareness: Overview (Background and rationale for the centrality of our active awareness approach)

1.2 Noticing and Listening in Action (Paying more attention to your thoughts, emotions, external events, and other people - we focus on practicing day-day and moment-moment)
1.3 Activation Practice: Clarity and Choice (Beginning to see and practice the possibility of choosing thoughts)
